Mr. McCarthy’s practice focuses in the areas of business and commercial law. Mr. McCarthy advises clients with respect to formation of business entities, purchase and sale transactions, loan transactions, real estate transactions, intellectual property matters and various everyday corporate issues. Mr. McCarthy’s practice also focuses on commercial litigation matters involving business disputes and breach of contract issues. Mr. McCarthy provides support for our attorneys with respect to estate and wealth preservation planning.

Mr. McCarthy holds a Certified Public Accountant license and, prior to joining McCarthy Weidler P.C., he was employed as a tax accountant for a national accounting firm specializing in partnership taxation. Mr. McCarthy earned his juris doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2022.
