Ms. Sha’s practice encompasses a diverse array of business and commercial law matters. She assists in advising clients on a myriad of issues, contributing her efforts towards managing intricate purchase and sale transactions, employment matters, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Ms. Sha supports the team in the areas of estate planning and taxation.

Ms. Sha earned her LLB from Jilin University in 2013, her LLM from Boston University School of Law in 2018, and her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in 2023. Before pursuing her legal education in the United States, Ms. Sha acquired a solid foundation in law in China as well. As a licensed practitioner in China, Ms. Sha has also practiced in criminal defense and commercial litigation.

Ms. Sha brings with her a blend of Eastern and Western legal principles, ready to make meaningful contributions to the legal profession and our law firm with her unique background and fresh insights.
