Ms. Silverang joined McCarthy Weidler in 2014 after graduating from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, she volunteered as a certified tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program preparing federal and state income tax returns for low-income Philadelphians. Ms. Silverang also volunteered for Philadelphia VIP through the Language Access Service Program translating for attorneys providing pro-bono legal services to Spanish speaking clients.
In addition to her volunteer work, she completed legal internships with Judge Alice Beck Dubow, the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office, Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, as well as, the Legal Clinic for the Disabled’s Medical Legal Partnerships with St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and Hahnemann University Hospital.
